Our yoga studio is a sanctuary of strength and spirit in the heart of the city, and we are committed to helping students find equilibrium in their lives through a meditative and disciplined physical practice of yoga. This space created to discover who you really are, to enjoy and develop your yoga practice, to soothe your mind, body & soul, to make new friends and forge new relationships, to learn about the latest in wellness and to live a lifestyle that makes a difference in the world.
We offer a wide range of classes each week in a variety of yoga practices, as well as workshops and training. Our teachers give students personal, individualized attention. Yoga is for everyone: for those stiff people (you become more flexible), men (you become more flexible), seniors (help your balance and memory) and children (help you to learn better). Yoga is good for everyone.
Nestled in the heart of Kemang in south jakarta, we have two yoga studios, a retail boutique, spacious restrooms with showers & lockers, a juice bar, used book exchange. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced Yogi, we welcome you to share our space and become part of our community.
What to Wear, What to Bring...
• Allow yourself some time to sign in and get ready for class. Arrive 20 minutes early.
• Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing that is flexible and non-binding, such as shorts, t-shirts, and stretchy workout wear. Yoga requires freedom of movement; be prepared to sweat.
• Yoga is practiced in barefoot so no shoes or socks are required.
• Each student needs a yoga mat. Although we recommend investing in your own mat, we do provide general use mats during class free of charge.
• Many students also find it helpful to bring a water bottle and a towel for sweat.
• Practice on an empty stomach. It is recommended that you do not eat at least two hours before practice. If a special condition prevents this, eat easily digested foods such as fruit or yogurt one hour before class.
